Cedar Creek re-enactment
We will decide on exact timing of this day later

2011 marks the 23rd Anniversary Reenactment of the Battle of Cedar Creek on the original battlefield here in Middletown, Virginia. The fine fall weather and opportunity to reenact on the actual battlefield has made this reenactment a favorite event for both spectators and re-enactors alike. Every year, many thousands of infantry, cavalry and artillery re-enactors gather to commemorate the last great Civil War battle of the Shenandoah Valley.
